We love delivering sweet treats year-round, but warmer temperatures can affect how candy travels. Please review our Warm Weather Shipping Policy before placing your order.


☀️ Heat-Sensitive Products

Many of our candies—including gummies, chocolates, and coated sweets—can melt or soften during transit in warm or humid weather. Once your order leaves our facility, temperature conditions are outside of our control.


📦 Shipping Recommendations

To help protect your order:

  • Choose faster shipping (Priority or Express) when available during hot months.
  • Provide a daytime delivery address where someone can receive the package immediately.
  • Avoid P.O. boxes if possible, since packages may sit in hot mailrooms or vehicles.
  • Bring your package indoors quickly after delivery. Candy left in direct sunlight, mailboxes, or on porches may melt.

🧊 Warm Weather Packaging

During warmer seasons, we may include cold packs or insulated materials with certain orders. However, these are designed to lessen—not eliminate—heat exposure and are not guaranteed to keep products solid during transit.


🚫 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements for candy that melts or softens during shipping. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
